Pathway Signature Care is a new private-pay, nonmedical home care agency being established to serve seniors and adults throughout Orange County, California. Our approach is simple: listen first, build a care plan around the person, and match each client with a caregiver chosen for skill, temperament, and consistency.
Our leadership's residential care experience comes from Pathway Living, an established residential care business in Orange County. Pathway Signature Care is a separate, newly formed business that will hold its own home care license. We are bringing the same standards of documentation, accountability, and warmth into private homes.

Dementia-Sensitive Care
Calm, consistent routines and patient communication for clients living with memory loss.
Respite Care
Scheduled relief for family caregivers, from a few hours to longer stays, so loved ones can rest and recharge.
Appointment Accompaniment
A caregiver at the client's side during medical and personal appointments, offering comfort and a second set of ears.
Personalized Care Plans
A written plan shaped with the client and family, reviewed regularly and adjusted as needs change.
Transportation policy: Pathway Signature Care provides nonmedical care only and does not provide transportation. Families arrange transportation, and our caregivers may accompany clients to appointments using that family-arranged transportation.

- Have experience in home care, assisted living, or residential care
- Are, or are willing to become, a Registered Home Care Aide in California
- Communicate clearly and treat clients' homes with respect
- Have experience with memory care (a plus)
- Live in or near Orange County
